My Norfolk // March Florals

Share It:

I wrote in one of my last posts about how early Spring has sprung here in Coastal Virginia. And it had....and then....it didn't!! We were supposed to have 3 inches of snow today, but luckily that stayed further south and off the coast. But boyyyy is it chilly! Gone are the 80* days full of sunshine and thoughts of sandals.

Yesterday, my sister and I hung out and went for a nice long walk in the neighborhood. Flowers are still blooming, especially the trees but it was brisk!

Enjoy :)

My Norfolk // Rooftop Views

Share It:

On of my favorite things about my little nest is the views I have from the kitchen window. It's westward facing and when the sun sets just right....oh myyyyy.....the sunsets are mesmerizing! No two are ever alike, and it's always fun to see what kind of show Mother Earth will put on next:)

Note to self: When you move next year...make sure you still keep a westward facing view!

Hope everyone is having a great Saturday! It's 42* here after a week of highs in the 70's and 80's. Soooo weird! All the flowers are blooming....

Hoping that the cold frosty mornings don't kill off the daffodils and Bradford Pear trees. That would be a shame. I'll be taking more photos of the area tomorrow on a walk....and I'll be finishing up roll 3 of my film...then it's off to the developer! Eeeep!! Scary!! Just like the evening skies...I'm not sure this first time around what I'll get:)

Take care of yourselves and see you next time!
